How Hobbs Found the Craft

Hobbs found his craft the Florida way out back by the smoker. What started as weekend BBQ experiments turned legendary the night a splash of local moonshine slipped into his pepper pot.

The flavor that came out was bold, smoky, and pure Everglades. Friends kept coming back for more, and Hobbs realized he’d created something special.

That happy accident became Everglade Moonshine Hot Sauce a taste of Florida made by a man who lives for good smoke, good spice, and good stories.
